If you have experience in talent acquisition within fast-paced environments and enjoy connecting top talent with career opportunities, we encourage you to apply!Essential ResponsibilitiesManage full-cycle recruitment activities for high-volume positions.Conduct outbound calls to candidates, including initial contact, pre-screening, interest validation, and interview coordination.Source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels, including job boards, social media, referrals, and internal systems.Coordinate interviews and maintain continuous communication with candidates to ensure a positive experience throughout the hiring process.Maintain accurate and organized candidate records and documentation in recruitment systems and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).Support additional Human Resources initiatives and projects as assigned.Position RequirementsBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.Previous experience in recruitment and/or talent coordination for high-volume positions, preferably in call centers or fast-paced environments.Experience conducting outbound candidate calls and managing multiple recruitment priorities simultaneously.Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), preferably Workday or similar platforms.Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Spanish.Dynamic, self-starter profile with a strong sense of urgency and the ability to work independently.Availability to travel to different company facilities, based on operational needs.TPIS is an Equal Opportunity Employer (EEO / Affirmative Action for Women / Individuals with Disabilities / Veterans).
