Virtual Visa: USC/GC HybridInterview: Franklin, TNDuties & Responsibilities:Design, build, deploy, and maintain business intelligence reporting to support business requirements.Collaborate with business end users to client reporting needs and develop solutions.Generate insight to enable stakeholders to see how the business and processes are performing.Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of multiple business processes and directions.Manage multiple projects from inception to completion.Analyze data for anomalies, accuracy, and applicability to business unit requests.Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions.Perform other duties as assignedMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities):Education:Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required.Experience:Minimum 5 years' experience in BI DevelopmentKnowledge of data analysis, information reporting, and reporting tools (i.e. Tableau, Power BI, etc.).Technical skills to process large quantities of data in an error-free manner.Basic knowledge in SQL and/or Teradata.Strong working knowledge of Excel and other Microsoft Office productsOther:Comfortable with routinely shifting demands.Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, dynamic, results-oriented environment.Meticulous attention to detail, self-motivated, with the ability to maintain confidentiality.Excellent communication skills.Well-organized, detail-oriented, and multi-tasking, with the ability to effectively prioritize assignments
