nBasic Qualifications
nEducation Requirements:
nRequires a Bachelor's degree in Systems Engineering, or a related Science, Engineering, Technology or Mathematics field. Also requires 5+ years of job-related experience, or a Master's degree plus 3 years of job-related experience. Agile experience preferred.
nClearance Requirements:
nAbility to obtain a Department of Defense Secret security clearance is required at time of hire. Applicants selected will be subject to a U.S. Government security investigation and must meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information. Due to the nature of work performed within our facilities, U.S. citizenship is required.
nResponsibilities for this Position
nROLE AND POSITION OBJECTIVES:
nWe are seeking a highly skilled Integration Lead to support multi-level hardware and software integration efforts. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background with hands-on experience in system integration, test development, and verification activities.
nSupport and oversee integration activities across three levels:
nCard/SW Integration - Hardware bring-up and SW/HW verification
nBox Level Integration Checkout - Verify I/O functionality across backplane (BP) and chassis
nSystem-to-System Integration Checkout - Ensure boxes function cohesively together
nAdditional responsible include:
nStudy system functionality and requirements to determine integration and verification needs
nDraft test cases and procedures for each level of integration
nIdentify required test equipment based on test design (driving BOM development)
nRead and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot issues down to the component level
nTroubleshoot equipment, test software, or product failures and implement effective solutions
nCollaborate with hardware and software design engineers for test design and problem resolution

nStrong ability to analyze system requirements and translate them into test procedures
nExperience with box-level and system-to-system integration checkout
nProficiency in developing test cases, procedures, and equipment BOMs
nExperience with communication protocols, including:
nI2C, SPI, USB, GPIO, CAN Bus, RS232, RS485, One-Wire
nExperience with interface buses such as I2C and SPI
nAbility to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot to component level
nThorough knowledge of technology trends with a willingness to champion new ideas and process improvements
