Systems EngineerNorthstrat is seeking an experienced and driven Systems Engineer to join our dynamic integration team. The Systems Engineer will support the agile integration and testing of a system of systems for the US Government in the Mission Management domain. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in full lifecycle Systems Engineering and Integration (SE&I) of mission software applications and the ability to analyze requirements, derive acceptance criteria, and design end-to-end mission test threads.
This role demands a self-starter who can take loosely defined tasks and deliver high-quality solutions in both independent and collaborative settings.Key ResponsibilitiesAnalyze requirements or solution epics to derive acceptance criteria, tests, and mission threadsConduct engineering investigations to determine root cause analysis for problemsIdentify and track dependencies and risksBecome an expert in system interfaces and identify key integration pointsEnsure consistency amongst multiple applicationsDevelop technical design documentation, test plans, and artifacts to track and support successful integration of multiple systemsParticipate in Agile ceremonies such as daily stand-up, planning, iteration review, and retrospective to contribute to team goals and objectivesCollaborate with teammates, customers, and peers from other companies. Operate in a culture of team before self and collaboratively share informationIdentify opportunities for improvement and new or updated processes to enhance the efficacy of the team
