As a System Engineer Staff on the Missile SEIT Project Integration team, you will be the Control Account Manager for Missile Systems Engineering projects and IRADs/Proposal.
In this role, you will:• Manage cost, schedule, and technical performance across multiple control accounts• Lead technical planning activities and manage systems engineering project scope and execution• Support IRAD and proposal efforts for the MSEIT team, including system design, analysis, test, and integration activities• Contribute to Rough Order of Magnitude (ROM) estimates, proposal submissions, and contract execution activities• Serve as the primary point of accountability to the Program Manager for Control Account performance and provide support for Earned Value Management activities• Partner with functional managers and leadership to ensure staffing plans align with project needs and forecasted workloadDesired skills:• CAM certification preferred• Experience in project and/or program management• Experience supporting IRAD execution and proposal development processes• Working knowledge of program cost and scheduling tools• Knowledge of or experience with missile, defense, aerospace, or related systems• Familiarity working with Missile Defense Agency (MDA) customers• Active Secret clearanceThis position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.
