Senior Engineer
We are looking for a talented Senior Engineer with a strong programming skill (C#/Java/NodeJS) and Azure background to join us and make a meaningful impact on Starbucks technology, people, and culture. As a senior engineer on Partner Digital workplace team, you will be responsible for building highly scalable and cohesive solutions. Our services run in the cloud and integrate with both internal systems and cloud services. You will contribute to the infrastructure development, CI/CD, API integrations for our platforms and services.

3+ years in DevOps using test automation and CI/CD tools, containers, cloud infrastructure, and other modern technologies, CI/CD pipeline set up from scratch as DevOps lead
· Experience with IaaS (Terraform) implementing scalable cloud / On-prem based environments and systems; service-oriented architectures and microservices; deploying resilient, scalable, high-throughput systems.
· Experience in developing and maintaining CI/CD processes for enterprise SaaS and on-prem applications using tools like GitHub, Jenkins, Maven, Gradle, GitLabs etc.
Required Skills: Top 3 must-have hard skills 1 Terraform 4+ 2 Java 4+ 3 C# 4+ Disqualifiers?: • No analysts – no coding experience Nice-to-Haves: • Familiarity with logging and monitoring technologies such as Nagios, Icinga, AppInsights, Splunk etc. • Ability to install and configure software, gather test-stage data, and perform de-bugging. • Proficiency in documenting processes and monitoring performance metrics. • Develop / Maintain Documentation on operational, configuration, or other procedures. • Must have excellent verbal and written communication skills. • Must be able to work independently and self-directed, as well as, within a team.
