Job Title
Ensuring the stability of enterprise wide information technology systems and networks by assisting with problem identification and analysis, problem resolution, and security administration. Assists with first and second level support of a continuously operational production environment. 6+ years
Duration – 10 months to start with likelihood of extension or conversion
Location – Local Only – Will be onsite in the Seattle HQ for 1 day per week
Team culture/work environment:
- Team of 8 system engineers
- Work on retail and cloud infrastructure
- Work all 3 store profiles
- Half of the team works full time at the SSC half is remote
Key projects:
- Windows image refactoring
- Existing MPT work
Daily responsibilities:
- Working on existing work
- Security works
- Workflow will be through Jira board
- Work will be assigned from the Jira board/ working on tickets
- Work streams
- Providing deadlines for deliverables
Candidate requirements:
Technology requirements?:
- Scripting experience
- Experience in security and focus on windows operating system
- Cloud experience – Azure focus on storage and automation and pipeline if possible
