This role supports the evaluation, coordination, and improvement of systems and processes associated with materiel fielding, data tracking, and medical logistics operations.
The Systems Analyst works with program staff and stakeholders to ensure accurate data management, system functionality, and efficient operational support.Essential Job FunctionsAnalyze program data, systems, and workflows to support MFMLSS operational and reporting requirementsAssist with maintaining and improving databases, tracking systems, and reporting tools used for materiel fielding activitiesSupport data collection, validation, and analysis to ensure accuracy of program informationDevelop reports, dashboards, and documentation to support program management and decision-makingNecessary Skills and KnowledgeStrong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skillsAbility to communicate technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholdersMinimum QualificationsMinimum 2–5 years of experience in systems analysis, data analysis, or program supportExperience working with databases, spreadsheets, and reporting toolsMust obtain a Tier 3 Investigation (T3) formerly National Agency Check with Local Agency Check and Credit (NACLC) Security clearancePreferred QualificationsBachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related fieldThe salary range for this position is $105,000 to $130,000 annually.At Goldbelt, we value and reward our team's dedication and hard work.
