Business AnalystLocation: Franklin TN (onsite)Key Responsibilities:Work closely with business users to gather, analyze, and document requirements for the Customer 360 program.Translate high-level business needs into clear, detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.Manage and maintain the Jira board, ensuring proper sprint planning, backlog refinement, and task prioritization.Assign tasks to the development team and track progress throughout the sprint cycle.Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.Ensure alignment with Agile principles and best practices across the team.Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders, Nissan IS teams, and technical teams.Understand data flows and validate requirements using SQL for basic data checks and analysis.Support the Customer 360 roadmap by coordinating cross-functional dependencies and ensuring timely delivery.Identify risks, gaps, and dependencies early and drive resolutions.Required Skills:Experience Strong experience as a Business Analyst in Agile environments.At least 10+ years of experience in the IT industry.Hands-on experience with Scrum, Jira boards, Sprint ceremonies, and Agile delivery frameworks.Ability to assign, prioritize, and track tasks for the development team.Proficiency in SQL for data validation and understanding data models.Strong communication and stakeholder-management skills.Experience translating business needs into functional and technical requirements.Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including business, product, and technical groups.Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills:Experience in automotive industry, especially consumer-facing or customer experience applications.Familiarity with Customer 360, CRM systems, or customer data platforms.Understanding of data pipelines, cloud platforms, or analytics tools (AWS/Snowflake experience is a plus).Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving mindset.Ability to drive discussions and keep teams aligned.Excellent documentation, communication, and presentation skills.Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
