Certified Surgical Technologist - Seasonal Travel Position
Location: Denver, CO
Assignment Duration: This is a 13-week contract position.
Schedule: Shift: 7A - 5P
Job Description: We are seeking experienced Certified Surgical Technologists (CST) for a seasonal travel position. The role involves providing surgical support in a dynamic operating room environment with a focus on elective surgical cases.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in the preparation and management of the operating room for surgical procedures.
- Ensure the availability of surgical instruments and supplies needed for surgery.
- Provide support to surgeons and nursing staff during procedures.
- Maintain a sterile environment and follow infection control protocols.
- Participate in the transportation and positioning of patients.
Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure:
- Minimum of 6 months current acute care CST hospital experience.
- Must have NBSTA and DORA Certifications.
- BLS certification required.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in Ortho/Spine and Cardiovascular (CV) procedures.
- Familiarity with OREMR systems, specifically Meditech / CPN.
