Oracle Supply Chain Technical AnalystWe are seeking a skilled Oracle Supply Chain Technical Analyst to support and enhance Oracle Fusion Supply Chain applications, focusing on Order Management and Procurement processes.This role bridges functional business processes and technical solution delivery, including integrations, reporting, system enhancements, and production support. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze requirements, resolve issues, and deliver scalable Oracle Cloud solutions across the supply chain ecosystem.What You Will Do:Analyze business requirements across Order-to-Cash (O2C) and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes and translate them into system solutionsSupport Oracle Fusion Supply Chain modules including Order Management, Procurement, Inventory, and FulfillmentPartner with technical teams to design and support integrations (ERP, WMS, EDI, APIs, external applications)Troubleshoot production issues, conduct root cause analysis, and resolve functional/system defectsValidate and support integration data flows across enterprise systemsDevelop and support reports using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and dashboardsSupport system configurations, extensions, customizations, and workflow enhancementsExecute and support testing cycles (SIT, UAT, regression, production validation)Perform data validation, reconciliation, and analysis using Excel and reporting toolsCreate and maintain documentation (BRDs, FDDs, test scripts, process flows)Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Inventory, and Operations teams to support business processesParticipate in an on-call rotation to support critical issues during evenings, weekends, and holidays, as neededSupport release activities, including regression testing, deployment coordination, and post-release validationRole Expectations and Core Competencies:Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsExperience supporting production environments and issue resolutionStrong communication and stakeholder engagement skillsCross-functional collaborationAttention to detail and quality executionAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environmentOracle Fusion SCM configuration and setup experienceUnderstanding of supply chain processes (O2C, P2P, Inventory, Fulfillment)Experience supporting EDI transactions (850, 855, 856, 810, etc.)Reporting tools: BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, dashboardsStrong Excel skills for reconciliation and data validationTesting knowledge: SIT, UAT, regression testing, defect managementWho You Are:Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)5 years of experience in Oracle Fusion Supply Chain (SCM) environmentsHands-on experience with Oracle Fusion modules:Order ManagementProcurementInventory ManagementShipping/FulfillmentExperience supporting integrations across ERP, WMS, EDI, APIs, and external systemsWhat Will Make You Standout:Experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)Familiarity with Oracle APEX and ATP databasesExperience with Warehouse Management Systems (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder)Knowledge of Finance and SCM integration pointsExperience working in Agile delivery environmentsOracle Fusion SCM certifications preferredDisclaimer:The above is intended to describe the general content of and requirements for the performance of this job.
