Job DetailsPrimary Job ResponsibilitiesManage the Order Process team and provide guidance and direction to 20+ team membersMonitor team member performance and ensure both quality and timeliness are providedCoordinate with vendors for order accuracy, responsiveness to quote and purchase order confirmations and on-time deliveryActively engages with vendors and sourcing team to anticipate, plan, implement changesDrives improvement with the tracking and management of PO lifecycleReviews and responds to field requestsProvides regular updates to field leadership for Order Processing performanceEffective liaison with vendor teams to support and drive integrated data exchangeServes as subject matter expert for quoting and purchasing processesSupports supply chain systems as needed and participating in year-end inventory processesVarious projects and tasks as neededQualifications/ Education/ExperienceStrong leader who can work with multiple stakeholders, develop and execute information strategy while being able to manage day-to-day tactical activities.Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)Strong attention to detail. Highly organized.Ability to manage communications to all internal organizational levels and to external vendors.Capacity to work independently and be resourceful.Team player with the confidence and integrity to earn internal team confidence quickly.Exemplary professional behaviors.
