This role is responsible for ensuring material availability, optimizing inventory levels, managing supplier relationships, and supporting production schedules. Key ResponsibilitiesLead purchasing, planning, warehouse, receiving, shipping, and inventory control functionsEnsure material availability while optimizing inventory and working capitalDevelop sourcing, procurement, and inventory management strategiesPurchase electronic components, PCBs, metals, wire, and MRO materialsNegotiate supplier pricing, contracts, and commercial agreementsManage supplier relationships and monitor performanceOversee forecasting, production planning, inventory control, and cycle counting activitiesDrive cost reduction, inventory optimization, and continuous improvement initiativesPartner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Finance, and Sales teamsRequired Skills and ExperienceBachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, Engineering, or related field preferred5+ years of supply chain, materials management, procurement, or leadership experience in electronics manufacturingExperience purchasing electronic components, PCBs, metals, wire, and MRO materialsExperience with production planning, forecasting, inventory management, and ERP/MRP systemsMicrosoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM experience preferredKnowledge of ISO, ESD, and ITAR-regulated environmentsBenefitsMedical, dental, and vision insurancePTO + Holidays 401(k) plan with company matchWellness program
