Job Description
- Oversee daily site operations on healthcare renovation projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and site logistics
- Maintain project schedules and quality standards
- Ensure compliance with healthcare facility requirements
- Lead safety initiatives and field reporting activities

The Successful Applicant
- 8-10 years of superintendent experience
- Proven healthcare renovation background
- Strong leadership and field coordination skills
- Located within 45 minutes of Kendall/Central Miami-Dade
- Able to provide 3 professional references and detailed reasons for leaving prior roles
