Salary: $140K - $185K

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead on-site construction operations and ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to high quality standards. The Superintendent will oversee field crews and subcontractors, coordinate trades (including framing, drywall and metal framing), and clients across healthcare and ground-up new construction projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead on-site construction activities, ensuring safety, quality, budget, and schedule goals are met.
• Manage field crews, subcontractors, and daily site operations.
• Coordinate schedules, materials, logistics, and project milestones.
• Enforce safety standards and conduct quality control inspections.
• Lead site meetings and communicate progress, issues, and changes.
• Oversee punch lists, closeouts, and project documentation.
• Collaborate with project teams to manage costs, risks, and project success.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of healthcar/ground-up construction superintendent experience.
• Strong knowledge of framing, drywall, metal framing, and field operations.
• Experience managing crews, subcontractors, schedules, and multiple project scopes.
• Familiarity with superintendent, construction management, and project management functions.
• Working knowledge of OSHA and jobsite safety best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and documentation skills.
