We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to lead the field operations of complex ground-up commercial and healthcare construction projects throughout the Denver market. This individual will play a critical role in driving project success by managing jobsite operations, maintaining project schedules, enforcing safety standards, coordinating subcontractors, and ensuring quality execution from project kickoff through completion.

The ideal candidate has a proven track record delivering ground-up healthcare facilities, including hospitals, medical office buildings (MOBs), clinics, ambulatory surgery centers, and other healthcare environments, while successfully managing multiple trades, maintaining stakeholder relationships, and driving projects to completion on time and within budget.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all onsite construction activities from mobilization through project completion.
• Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel.
• Develop, maintain, and drive project schedules to meet key milestones.
• Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company safety standards.
• Conduct daily site walks and proactively identify and resolve project issues.
• Coordinate inspections and ensure work meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Review construction documents, RFIs, submittals, and project plans.
• Lead subcontractor meetings and communicate project updates to project management teams.
• Maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, and trade partners.
• Track project progress and ensure efficient workforce utilization.
• Support project closeout activities, punch lists, and turnover documentation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of Superintendent experience managing commercial construction projects.
• Demonstrated experience delivering ground-up healthcare projects required.
• Experience with hospitals, medical office buildings, clinics, surgical centers, or occupied healthcare facility renovations strongly preferred.
• Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods.
• Proven ability to manage project schedules, subcontractors, and field operations.
• Ability to interpret construction drawings, specifications, and contract documents.
• Experience leading site safety programs and quality control processes.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proficiency with construction management software and scheduling tools preferred. xhqgsiq
