We're looking for a Sub-Investigator to join a growing clinical research team supporting Phase I-IV studies across a variety of therapeutic areas, including neuroscience, psychiatry, neurology, acute pain, and metabolic disorders.

🔬 What You'll Do
✔ Serve as the medical provider supporting the Principal Investigator in the oversight of clinical trials
✔ Conduct study visits, medical evaluations, and ongoing assessments for research participants
✔ Ensure compliance with study protocols, GCP, ICH guidelines, and regulatory requirements
✔ Monitor participant safety, evaluate adverse events, and provide appropriate medical care when needed
✔ Lead and oversee the informed consent process to protect participant rights and welfare
✔ Collaborate with sponsors, study monitors, IRBs, physicians, and research staff throughout the study lifecycle
✔ Review and maintain accurate clinical documentation, source records, and study-related data
✔ Support patient recruitment, study enrollment, site operations, audits, and overall trial execution from a clinical and regulatory perspective
✅ What We're Looking For
🎓 Nurse Practitioner (NP) license required
🧪 Experience as a Sub-Investigator in industry-sponsored clinical trials preferred
🧪 Understanding of Good Clinical Practice (GCP), International Council for Harmonisation (ICH) guidelines, and regulatory requirements

💰 Compensation
Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
