Strategic Tax Leader: Build & Scale a Global Tax Function

Segrera Associates, a growing publicly traded organization in Miami, seeks a Vice President/Head of Tax to build and lead its corporate tax function. Reporting to executive leadership, this role serves as senior tax advisor, driving tax strategy, structuring, and value creation to support growth.

You will partner with Finance, Legal, Corporate Development, Treasury and Operations to optimize tax efficiency across capital investments, M&A, financing, and international tax matters, while shaping
