Route 92 Medical is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to own full-cycle recruitment for a high-growth medical device company. The role is hybrid, onsite in San Mateo, CA or West Jordan, UT with a minimum of two days per week on site, reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager.
You will build strong partnerships with hiring managers, develop pipelines across R&D, Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Commercial, and drive process improvements in a fast-paced environment.
