Responsibilities include daily floor supervision, staffing, visual merchandising, inventory management, and maintaining operational standards. You’ll analyze sales reports, plan to meet goals, and resolve customer issues. Partner with management on training, scheduling, and community/outdoor events while fostering a culture of integrity, teamwork, and work-life balance.
