Store Operations Manager — High-Volume C-Store

Bill's Market is seeking a Convenience Store Management Associate to oversee day-to-day operations at a high-traffic store. Responsibilities include scheduling, training, supervising staff, and managing store profits and controllable expenses.

The role requires 3–5 years of C-store management experience, grocery and hot food handling, and ordering merchandise. College education is preferred. This is an on-site Minnesota position with opportunities to lead a team in a fast-paced environment.
