Store Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily store operations and ensure compliance with company SOPs, food safety, and service standards.
• Oversee opening and closing procedures, employee scheduling, inventory management, and daily operational execution.
• Lead, train, coach, and develop store team members to improve performance and service quality.
• Monitor sales, labor, inventory, and other key operational metrics.
• Execute company promotions, marketing campaigns, new product launches, and operational initiatives.
• Handle customer concerns and resolve day-to-day store issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Maintain a clean, safe, organized, and efficient store environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or above; college degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of Store Manager experience in restaurant, tea beverage, coffee, retail, or hospitality.
• Strong leadership, communication, team management, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• English and Chinese communication skills preferred.
• Flexible availability, including weekends, holidays, and varied shifts.
