Store Manager

We are currently recruiting a Store Manager to lead our boutique at Aventura Mall Miami, our U.S. flagship and a key location for PINKO’s continued growth in the American market.

We’re looking for an inspiring retail leader with a strong passion for fashion, people and client experience, ready to take ownership of the business, build a high-performing team and develop lasting client relationships.

Position overview

As Store Manager, you will:

• Deliver an exceptional client experience and build strong, long-lasting relationships with our customers.
• Drive store performance by monitoring KPIs, identifying opportunities and leading the team towards business objectives.
• Develop and execute CRM and clienteling strategies to grow and strengthen the store’s loyal client base.
• Lead, motivate and develop the team through regular coaching and training on product, CRM, customer experience, brand standards and visual merchandising.
• Manage the store’s digital channels and initiatives to support brand awareness, client engagement and sales.
• Ensure high operational standards, including stockroom organization, product availability and the right assortment on the sales floor.
• Handle customer and team-related issues professionally and effectively.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide regular business updates and reporting to the Area Manager.

Experience, Skills & Knowledge

• Solid Store Manager experience within the premium or luxury fashion retail environment.
• Strong understanding of the Miami market, local clientele and customer behaviors.
• Proven experience in CRM, clienteling and client development, with the ability to build and grow a loyal customer base.
• Strong commercial mindset and ability to translate KPIs and business insights into concrete actions.
• Strong leadership and people management skills, with a proven ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams.
• Good understanding of digital and social media channels as tools to support client engagement, sales and brand visibility.
• Entrepreneurial and hands-on approach, with the ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
