Store Manager

As a Store Manager at Tns. , you will be responsible for the day-to-day management and operation of the store, including team organization, staff scheduling, and monitoring sales goals.

You will coordinate product presentation, inventory management, and the proper execution of promotions and commercial campaigns. You will supervise customer service on the sales floor, ensuring an excellent shopping experience and the quick resolution of any customer concerns or incidents.

You will also be responsible for implementing company policies, ensuring compliance with procedures, and maintaining the store’s organization, cleanliness, and overall presentation.

This is a full-time, in-person position located at Miami International .

Requirements

• Strong customer satisfaction and customer service skills , with a focus on providing an excellent shopping experience.
• Strong communication skills , both with team members and customers, with the ability to communicate information clearly and effectively.
• Previous experience in store management , including team organization, inventory control, and monitoring performance indicators and KPIs.
• Previous experience in fashion retail .
• Knowledge of retail loss prevention , including the ability to follow procedures designed to minimize shrinkage and protect store assets.
• Education or training in Business Administration, Commercial Management, Retail Management , or a related field is preferred.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems .
• Strong teamwork, initiative, organizational skills, flexibility, and a results-oriented mindset are highly valued.

Schedule

• 40 hours per week
• 8-hour rotating shifts
• Two days off per week
• Availability for both opening and closing shifts is required.

Salary

• $50,000–$55,000 annually
