You will help lead the store alongside the leadership group, oversee customer service, merchandising, and promotions, and use store data to drive improvements. Training to develop supervisory skills and store-level P&L understanding is provided.
A strong focus on safety, cash handling, and loyalty programs is expected. Applicants should have a high school diploma or GED; experience in retail management is valued.
