Job Roles & Responsibilities

- Manage accounts receivable and ensure financial targets are met.
- Oversee all front desk operations and maintain a positive store environment.
- Prepare and execute effective sales and marketing strategies.
- Manage store staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
- Reach out to clients and cross‑analyze previous purchases to push for new orders.
- Speak fluent English and act as a problem solver handling different scenarios.
- Apply business development strategies for maximum growth.
Qualifications
- 0–3 years of experience in retail, customer service, or a related field.
- Valid work visa for the United States.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in accounts receivable or a similar role.
