Music & Arts seeks a Store Lead to guide daily operations in a mission-driven music retail environment. You’ll supervise front-line staff, serve as a keyholder for opening/closing, and ensure excellent customer experiences for students, parents, and educators.
Responsibilities include driving sales of instruments, rentals, repairs, accessories, and lessons; maintaining accurate inventory and visual merchandising; supporting lesson program growth; and resolving customer issues. You’ll collaborate closely with store and school service teams to support music education in your community while meeting performance and service goals.
