Store Director: Brand Leader, Team Builder & Experience

Madewell in Alpharetta, GA is seeking a Store Director responsible for all aspects of store performance, profitability, and customer connections. You will hire, train, and develop a team to deliver the brand’s service standards and seamless operations.

Lead by example, you’ll partner with the District Manager to curate a welcoming, inclusive environment, drive sales, manage inventory and merchandising, and ensure best-in-class customer service while sustaining the store’s growth.
