Stage Lighting Specialist & Operations Lead

Eisemann Center seeks a qualified stage technician to coordinate and supervise lighting and related stage activities under general supervision, including assisting part-time staff, contract crew, and volunteers during setup, performances, and strikes.

The role requires operating lighting control boards and, when needed, AV equipment and rigging systems, while maintaining safety and cost‑effective practices and keeping clear records.
