Louis Working.CPAY Staffing & Recruiting is growing, and we're looking for a motivated Staffing Specialist to join our team and specialize in recruiting for manufacturing, warehouse, production, and skilled labor positions throughout the St. Louis area.This is a fast-paced, people-focused role for someone who enjoys talking to people, solving problems, and making things happen.As a Staffing Specialist, you'll work directly with job seekers to understand their experience, skills, availability, and goals, then connect them with employers looking for dependable talent. You'll recruit for positions ranging from entry-level production and warehouse roles to experienced machine operators, forklift operators, maintenance technicians, skilled trades, and other industrial positions.Previous recruiting experience is not required.

We'll teach the right person the staffing industry and how to recruit effectively.What matters most is your drive, communication skills, work ethic, persistence, organization, and ability to connect with people.Schedule & AvailabilityOur regular office hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.Because staffing involves supporting people and businesses whose operations often extend beyond traditional office hours, there may occasionally be situations that require responding to a candidate or client phone call, text, or time-sensitive issue during an evening or weekend.This is not intended to be a regularly scheduled evening or weekend position.
