About the Role:
We are on a mission to simplify and enable digital experiences for millions of users through our AI-powered platform products. We are looking for a Staff Engineer to help build next-generation conversational AI experiences using agentic AI systems.
This role requires a strong technical leader with hands‑on experience building production AI/ML systems, especially working with LLMs (OpenAI, Claude), agent frameworks, and scalable distributed systems.
You will lead the architecture and development of our Platform Chat product, enabling AI agents to collaborate, reason, and execute multi-step workflows. This role is highly hands‑on (about 75%) and involves close collaboration with product, data science, and engineering teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and build scalable, real‑time chat and multi‑agent AI systems
- Develop agent frameworks, orchestration layers, and workflow automation
- Integrate LLM APIs and enterprise tools
- Drive architecture, coding standards, and best practices
- Build systems for observability, safety, and performance monitoring
