- 5-8+ years of experience in medical device . Must have 2 years of staff or lead level
- Able to mentor in creating complex components and assemblies in CAD
- Able to mentor in design for manufacturing and fabrication methods
- Able to mentor in DOE, root cause analysis and characterization studies
- Able to mentor in cross-functional collaboration
- Able to mentor in project management activities for development
- B.S, M.S of Phd in mechanical, material science, and/or biomedical engineering
