Job TitleNION2026Your ResponsibilitiesA strong understanding of optical components design, epitaxy, fabrication and component/system level tests. Familiar with complicated photonic integrated circuit layout methodology and EAD tools. Strong background with semiconductor optical devices such as lasers, detectors, modulators and other integrated waveguide devices. Use of optical and electronic modeling and simulation to design electro-optical devices, and lithographic mask specification, design and pattern generation.
Fundamental understanding of optical communication systems, DWDM transmission systems, photonic integrated components, electronic (integrated) circuits, and signal analysis and processing.
