What You'll Do

As a Staff Pharmacist, you'll play an essential role in delivering exceptional patient care while supporting the daily operations of a busy retail pharmacy. You'll work alongside an experienced, fully staffed team dedicated to patient safety, service excellence, and collaborative care.

Responsibilities include:

• Dispensing medications accurately and ensuring patient safety.
• Counseling patients on medication use, potential side effects, and adherence.
• Overseeing daily pharmacy operations in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborating with pharmacy technicians and fellow pharmacists to maintain efficient workflow.
• Supporting immunization services and other patient care initiatives.
• Providing occasional coverage at nearby locations during peak vacation periods, as needed.

This is a home-store position, not a float role, offering consistency, a familiar team, and the opportunity to build lasting relationships with patients and colleagues.

Your Pharmacy Team

You'll join a well-established pharmacy with the staffing and support needed to deliver quality care.

• 3 pharmacists supporting pharmacy operations.
• 7–9 pharmacy technicians providing operational support.
• Certified pharmacy technicians who administer immunizations.
• A collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on patient care and efficient workflow.

Qualifications

• Active pharmacist license appropriate for the position.
• Immunization certification required.
• Previous pharmacist experience preferred; new graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong communication and patient counseling skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced retail pharmacy environment.
• Commitment to medication safety, regulatory compliance, and excellent patient care.
