Shipt is seeking a Staff Mobile Engineer in Minneapolis to influence the mobile Member App across the stack. You will lead projects, mentor engineers, and pursue high-quality, accessible experiences while leveraging AI-assisted tooling to accelerate development.
You’ll collaborate with Backend, Product, UX, and Data Scientists to translate designs into features, drive engineering best practices, and own roadmaps for scalable mobile solutions in a hybrid work environment.
