Staff ML Engineer - AI Foundation Models & Strategy

Uber is hiring a Staff ML Engineer (IC6) to define and lead the foundation model strategy powering discovery experiences across Mobility and Delivery. You will shape technical direction across teams, influence product strategy, and deliver measurable impact at global scale.

You will own end-to-end ML strategy for foundation models, drive cross-team initiatives, and mentor senior engineers, enabling large-scale, impactful AI systems across the platform.
