Salary: $65,000 - $80,000 DOE

Key Responsibilities for the Staff Accountant Role:

• Prepare and post journal entries to support accurate financial reporting.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and employee benefit accounts.
• Maintain fixed asset records and related accounting schedules.
• Assist with month-end close activities to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
• Support ongoing accounting operations and contribute to process improvements.

Qualifications for the Staff Accountant:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field, or equivalent accounting experience.
• 1-3 years of accounting experience with a solid understanding of general ledger and reconciliation processes.
• Detail-oriented, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities while working independently and as part of a team.
