Staff Accountant

Salary: $65,000-$85,000 + bonus

Staff Accountant - Key Responsibilities:

• Own full-cycle AP and AR, including vendor invoices, GL coding, client invoicing, and collections

• Prepare journal entries and reconcile general ledger accounts, bank accounts, and credit cards

• Assist with month-end, quarter-end, and year-end close and financial statement preparation

• Maintain project budgets, track change orders, and assist with capital calls and investor reporting

• Support compliance, audit requests, and accounting process improvements

Staff Accountant - Qualifications:

• Accounting experience with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities

• Degree preferred

• QuickBooks Online experience is a plus
