Robert Half is looking for a skilled Staff Accountant to join our Full-Time Engagement Professionals (FTEP) consulting team. This is a full-time internal position where you’ll support a variety of clients with project work, workload surges, staff coverages, and transitional accounting needs.

What You’ll Do
- Manage high-volume transactional accounting
- Perform bank reconciliations and balance sheet account reconciliations
- Assist with month-end close processes
- Support clients with special projects, clean-up work, and system transitions
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of Staff Accountant experience
- Strong working knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, NetSuite, Oracle, or MS Dynamics 365
- (Experience with QuickBooks is also welcomed)
- Ability to step into new environments quickly and work independently
- Comfortable juggling multiple priorities and fast-paced workloads
- Strong communication skills and professionalism when interfacing with clients
