We are currently seeking a detail-oriented, fully bilingual Accountant to join our Administration Department.Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in accounting or a related field.Entry-level position with up to 2 years of experience in accounting, accounts payable, and/or accounts receivable preferred.Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel with advanced Excel skills for data analysis and report generationKnowledge in Sage 50 Accounting and familiar with similar accounting systemsFamiliarity with technical accounting concepts like journal entries, account analysis, account reconciliation, debits & credits, and double-entry bookkeepingFully bilingual — Spanish and English (required).Strong organizational abilities to manage multiple tasks efficientlyEffective communication skills.Key Responsibilities:Manage the entire accounting cycleBillings / PayablesTeamworkMonthly DepositsAccount ReconciliationBookkeepingAnalyzing Financial ReportsCMA offers a very competitive benefits package:401(k)Dental insuranceHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional Fund
