Sr Systems Engineer
Seeking a Sr. Systems Engineer to support Class III implantable neurostimulation systems within the Pelvic Health business. The role focuses on systems engineering, hardware/software interface definition, system integration, verification & validation, and cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills & Experience:
- 2–8 years of Systems Engineering experience
- Strong knowledge of Systems Engineering principles
- Experience with hardware & software interface definition/integration
- System requirements development, functional analysis, and requirements allocation
- System Verification & Validation (V&V)
- Strong cross-functional collaboration, especially with software teams
- Experience leading technical discussions, design reviews, and decision making
- Ability to create and maintain system documentation
- Risk, cost, trade-off, and system analysis experience
- Excellent communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Lead system design refinement and interface definition
- Perform system integration, technical planning, and V&V
- Own system documentation and requirements
- Collaborate with hardware, software, and cross-functional engineering teams
- Support development of implantable medical device systems
Preferred Background:
- Medical device or regulated product development experience
- Implantable device or embedded systems experience
Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Master's preferred) Work Location: Hybrid (Minimum 4 days onsite/week)
