System Engineer (Mid Level)The System Administrator (SA) is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Five years of experience with End User Computing activates on WorkstationStrong quantitative, analytical and problem-solving skillsProficiency of hardware technology and configurationsProficient skills in PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferredExcellent verbal and written communication skills.Excellent organizational skills.Preferred Skills:Performs information technology management activities including but not limited to:Intermediate level of knowledge using Active directoryKnowledge on ticketing systemInstall new / rebuild existing workstation and configure hardware, peripherals, services, settings, directories, storage, etc.
