Sr Software EngineerThe Desk Side Support Executive is responsible for effective provisioning, installation/configuration, operation, and maintenance of systems hardware and software and related infrastructure. This individual participates in technical research and development to enable continuing innovation within the infrastructure. This individual ensures that system hardware, operating systems, software systems, and related procedures adhere to organizational values, enabling staff, volunteers, and Partners.Qualifications and Education Requirements:Diploma, graduate with working experience on end user computers (Desktops and laptops)Five years of experience with End User Computing activities on Workstations, LaptopsExperience with Remote End user support / troubleshootingStrong quantitative, analytical, and problem solving skillsComputer Imaging, Hardware, and Software troubleshootingKnowledge of Windows 7, Windows 10/11 operating system (for installation, configuration, and troubleshooting)Experience on installation / troubleshooting end user application software, antivirus software, Windows updatesWorking knowledge of PowerPoint, Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and OneDrive.Experience with Microsoft Office 365 preferredProficiency in the Mandarin Language for user communicationAverage knowledge of English for all official communications (Read, Write and verbal communication)Working experience in SCCM/MECM/ Intune Auto Pilot / Intune MDMKnowledge on mobile device configuration (email, mobile apps) on both IOS / Android
