We need a hard-working Lead Developer to push boundaries and deliver flawless, high-performance applications.What to Expect:In this role you will:Analyze requirements for the development of new features and shareable components across multiple applicationsDevelop applications using C++/Java, Boost, gRPC, Multithreading and Linux, Python and in Docker environmentsArticulate and implement complex requirements for application developmentAlign with SWIFTs security guidelines and coding standardsConduct performance tests to ensure applications handle high efficiency flawlesslyCollaborate closely with multi-functional teams to efficiently implement solutionsExpand test automation and help to ensure quality in different test environmentsWhat will make you successful:We are seeking professionals with:Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field5 to 10 years of in-depth experience in systems developmentHands on experience in C++, templates, Boost libraries, gRPC, multi-threading application developmentFamiliarity building HTTP, TCP/IP based applicationsProficiency in XML, JSON parsing methods and system performance tuningExperience in debugger, memory leaks, system performance tuningSecurity technologies such as PKI, HMAC, AES, digest algorithms, SSLWorking experience in databases, storage technologies & RHEL systemsFamiliarity with Agile tools such as Jenkins, JIRA, Artifactory and ConfluencePreferred Skills:Experience in working on mission critical, highly available, high performance software systemsUnderstanding of relational databases and PL/SQL programming with ability to write efficient SQLsSwift is unable to sponsor an employment authorization for this position now or in the future.The estimated salary range for a new hire in this position in Virginia is $101,303.00 USD Annual MINIMUM to $188,135.00 USD Annual MAXIMUM.
