The Sr. Software Engineer may provide technical leadership for teams that develop Cloud shared services, Cloud applications, and Cloud infrastructure, or contribute as a senior member of teams developing such software. This includes, but is not limited to, technical design or oversight, new services or application development, expansion of existing software, and participation in the testing process through test review as needed.

Come be a part of an exciting journey at Daikin Applied, where innovation and excellence drive our every endeavor!Location: Plymouth, MN – HybridYour Responsibilities:Gather system requirements working together with product architects and technical product ownersFunction as the technical leader or senior developer for complex Cloud projectsBuild software for the organization's systems and products as a service offeringStay well-informed of issues and complications related to a Cloud or Cloud shared services offeringsCollaborate with geographically dispersed engineering teams to enable their applications to utilize Cloud infrastructure and Cloud shared servicesDiscover standard cloud services offerings, install, and execute processes and standards for optimal use of cloud service provider offeringsDocument designs to assist in training othersTrain and mentor more junior engineers on the teamYour Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering or related fieldMinimum of six years of professional software engineering experience, including some experience as a technical leadAdvanced working knowledge of Object-Oriented Analysis and Design (OOAD). The range displayed represents the pay range for all positions in the job grade in which this position falls. Individual base pay will depend on a wide range of factors including your skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
