As a Sr. Reconditioning Associate II at CarMax, you’ll play a key role in preparing pre-owned vehicles for sale in a high-volume, quality-focused retail environment. You will complete detailed inspections, light mechanical repairs, cosmetic reconditioning, and ensure all work meets CarMax safety and quality standards.
Partnering closely with technicians, detailers, and inventory teams, you’ll help prioritize workflow, document work performed, and use shop systems and tools to track vehicles. You’ll also mentor junior associates, support continuous improvement initiatives, and uphold CarMax’s values of integrity, teamwork, and a customer-first mindset.
