A growing biotech company in Rockville, MD is hiring for a Senior QC Environmental Monitoring Associate. This experienced Quality Control associate will join a small QC team conducting environmental monitoring in clean rooms and writing Investigations / deviations.

Base pay range

$32.00/hr - $42.00/hr

Position is Contract-to-Hire.

Responsibilities

• Conduct environmental sampling for dynamic and static Environmental Monitoring of clean rooms.
• Perform basic microbiology tasks including enumeration, gram staining, and growth promotion testing.
• Write / author quality investigations and deviations.
• Trend and analyze environmental monitoring data.
• Update SOPs as needed.
• Maintain accurate documentation following GMP and SOP requirements.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of Environmental Monitoring experience, including clean room environment.
• QC / quality control microbiology experience including enumeration, gram staining, and growth promotion testing.
• Experience authoring / writing and conducting quality Investigations and Deviations.
• Associates or Bachelors Degree in a scientific discipline.
