Outlook, Teams, SharePoint), Smartsheet, and Box.Familiarity with PM frameworks and terminology (PMP certification is “nice to have” but not required).Has hands-on experience leading projects to implement, upgrade, or roll out collaboration tools, with tangible results instead of just day-to-day user experience of those tools.
