Skills?: Strong organizational skills and time management skills, clear and articulate communicator in written and verbal formats, experience with Microsoft Excel, including formulas, charts, and pivot tables, project management experience, you take initiative and enjoy having the autonomy to work independently, but seek guidance and support as needed, fluent in EnglishNice-to-Haves: You have sustainability or design experience, you have familiarity with building rating/ranking systems, you have experience working in a corporate setting / large matrixed organization, experience developing and presenting Microsoft PowerPoint presentations
