Senior Product ManagerWe are seeking an experienced professional with strong expertise in E-Commerce platforms and Order Management Systems (OMS) to design, implement, and optimize end-to-end order lifecycle processes. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless integration between online storefronts, OMS, ERP, and fulfillment systems to deliver exceptional customer experiences.Key ResponsibilitiesSystem Design & ImplementationConfigure and maintain OMS solutions (e.g., Manhattan, IBM Sterling, Salesforce OMS, or similar).Integrate OMS with e-commerce platforms (e.g., Magento, Shopify, Salesforce Commerce Cloud) and ERP systems.Order Lifecycle ManagementManage order capture, inventory allocation, payment processing, shipping, and returns workflows.Ensure real-time inventory visibility across channels.Process OptimizationAnalyze order flow and identify areas for automation and efficiency improvements.Implement best practices for omnichannel fulfillment (BOPIS, ship-from-store, drop-shipping).Technical ExpertiseWork with APIs, middleware, and integration tools for data synchronization.Troubleshoot system issues and coordinate with vendors for resolution.Stakeholder CollaborationPartner with business teams to define requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Provide training and support for OMS and e-commerce functionalities.Compliance & SecurityEnsure adherence to data privacy, PCI compliance, and security standards.Experience10+ years in e-commerce and OMS implementation/support.Exposure to ERP systems is a plusTechnical SkillsHands-on experience with OMS platforms (Sterling, Manhattan, Salesforce OMS, etc.).Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and integrations.Proficiency in APIs, web services, and middleware tools.Domain ExpertiseStrong understanding of order lifecycle, inventory management, and fulfillment strategies.Familiarity with omnichannel retail and digital commerce trends.Soft SkillsExcellent problem-solving and analytical skills.Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
